Crunchy Tuna Salad

50g mixed salad leaves
112g tinned tuna in spring water,
(drained weight) (or replace with 50g
low-fat feta cheese or plant-based meat replacement)
100g red bell pepper, sliced finely
20g red onion, chopped finely
6 baby plum tomatoes, halved
20g almond flakes
2 tsps organic olive oil

Method:

1) Slice up all ingredients

2) Place the lettuce leaves in a serving dish and top with the remaining ingredients.
