100g iceberg lettuce, washed
112g tinned tuna in spring water,
(drained weight) (or replace with 1 sliced boiled egg)
100g celery, sliced
100g red bell pepper, sliced
70g avocado, sliced
25g red onion, finely diced
10g pumpkin seeds

Method:

1) Slice up all ingredients

2) Place the lettuce leaves in a serving dish and top with the remaining ingredients.
