Raspberry Protein Porridge Oats

Breakfast: 281kcal
18g protein, 7g fat, 36g carbs

40g organic oats
300ml unsweetened almond milk
15g vanilla flavoured protein powder
100g raspberries

Method:

1) Put the oats in a saucepan. Add the almond milk and cook over medium heat.

2) Stir continuously for 3-4 minutes, as the mixture starts to thicken. Add a small amount of cold water if the mixture becomes too thick, and continue to cook until the water has been absorbed.

3) Remove from heat and pour into a serving bowl. Add the protein powder and mix well to combine. Top with the raspberries. Serve.
