Peachy Porridge

Breakfast: 280kcal
19g protein, 6g fat, 38g carbs

40g porridge oats
250ml unsweetened almond milk
15g vanilla flavoured protein powder
100g peach, sliced or diced

Method:

1) Put the oats in a saucepan. Add the almond milk and cook over a medium heat. Stir continuously for 3-4 minutes, as the mixture starts to thicken. Add a small amount of cold water if necessary, to obtain the desired consistency, continuing to cook until the water has been absorbed.

2) Remove from heat and pour into a serving bowl.

3) Add the protein powder and mix well to combine. Top with the peach. Serve.
