Nectarine and Flaxseed Protein Muesli

Breakfast: 325kcal
20g protein, 7g fat, 43g carbs

40g organic jumbo oats
200ml unsweetened almond milk
15g vanilla flavoured protein powder
100g nectarine, sliced
10g ground flaxseed

Method:

1) Put the oats in a saucepan.

2) Add the almond milk and cook over a medium heat. Stir continuously for 3-4 minutes, as the mixture starts to thicken. Add a small amount of cold water if necessary, to obtain the desired consistency, continuing to cook until the water has been absorbed.

3) Remove from heat and pour into a serving bowl. Add the protein powder and mix well to combine. Top with nectarine and flaxseed. Serve.
